摘要:
 采用L9(34)正交试验设计,研究旱季水肥管理技术三因素(品种、施肥量、灌溉强度)对葡萄柚果实营养品质的影响。经直观分析和方差分析综合评价,结果表明:旱季不同水肥处理对葡萄柚果实水分、可溶性固形物、Vc、总酸和还原糖含量变化具有明显提高。灌溉因素是影响果实水分、可溶性固形物含量的主要因子,品种因素是影响Vc、总酸、总糖和还原糖的关键因子。3种因素对果实可溶性固形物的影响均达到极显著水平,品种因素对Vc、总酸和还原糖的影响达到极显著水平,施肥、灌溉因素分别对总糖、还原糖的影响极显著。本试验中,葡萄柚果实营养品质最优组合处理为星路比施肥1 kg灌溉2次/株/月。
Abstract:
 In order to understand the effects of water and fertilizer managements on grapefruit fruit nutritional quality in dry season, orthogonal experiment with three factors (fertilizer variety, quantity, and irrigation intensity) was carried out. The results indicated that all the water and fertilizer managements significantly promoted fruit quality, such as the contents of fruit water, soluble solid, Vc, total acid, and reducing sugar. Irrigation intensity was the main factor for water content and soluble solid content. Fertilizer variety was the key factor for the contents of Vc, total acid, total sugar and reducing sugar. Three factors contributed significantly to soluble solid content. Variety factor had the significantly contribution to Vc, total acid and reducing sugar content. Fertilizing and irrigation factors contributed significantly to total sugar and reducing sugar. The optimal managements were to apply the fertilizer called “Star Ruby” with an amount of 1 kg, and to irrigate twice per month.
