摘要:
 叶片是植物进行光合作用的主要器官,其性状特征直接影响到植物的基本行为和功能。为研究植物对环境变化的响应及指示作用,选择花叶鹅掌藤(Schefflera heptaphylla ’)、金叶假连翘(Duranta erecta )、金边决明(Senna bicapsularis)、福建茶(Carmona microphylla)、狗牙花(Tabernaemontana divaricata)5种华南常用园林灌木,研究其在校园和道路绿地中叶片形态解剖结构特征、叶片含水量、比叶面积、叶厚度、叶氮含量等叶性状特征的变化。结果表明,5种灌木的叶性状特征对环境变化均有一定响应,金叶假连翘和福建茶对环境变化有明显的响应,其次为金边决明、花叶鹅掌藤,狗牙花对环境变化响应较弱;而且叶性状指标间也有一定相关性,叶片含水量、比叶面积、叶氮含量等3个指标间成正相关。
Abstract:
 Leaf is the main organs of a plant for photosynthesis, and its traits directly impact on the basic behavior and function of a plant. To study the response and indication of plants to environmental changes , 5 shrub species commonly used in the establishment of plantscape in southern China were chosen as research objects, such as Schefflera heptaphylla , Duranta erecta , Senna bicapsularis,Carmona microphylla, and Tabernaemontana divaricata. It’s the leaf morphological anatomy structures, leaf water content (LWC), specific leaf area (SLA) and leaf nitrogen content per mass (Nmass) were measured. We concluded that leaf traits of 5 shrub species demonstrated responses to the environmental changes in certain degrees. D. erecta  and C. microphylla exhibited the most active responses,followed by S. bicapsularis, S. arboricola, T. divaricata had weakest response among the 5 species. Certain correlations existed between leaf traits. LWC, SLA and Nmass were positively correlated.
