摘要:
 运用夏季芽接技术,采用L9(34)的正交试验设计,每个处理进行150次以上重复,依次调查分析芽接成活率、接穗穗高、穗基径。结果表明:Koroneiki作为接穗、佛奥作为砧木、采用方块芽接法的处理具有最高的芽接亲和力和成活率(93.58%),适宜在生产上推广使用;而Koroneiki作为接穗、鄂植8作为砧木、采用带木质芽接法的处理组合具有最高的生长量或生长势, 芽穗高生长75.75 cm·a-1,芽穗基茎生长6.93 mm·a-1。为我国油橄榄新品种的嫁接技术提供参考。
Abstract:
Olive bud grafting technology was carried in summer. L9(34) orthogonal experimental design was adopted, in which each treatment was repeated more than 150 times. Related indices were observed, such as survival rate of sapling produced by bud grafting technology, the height of grafting ear and the base diameter of ear in proper order. After analysis, it was concluded that the treatment which has Koroneiki as ear, Frantoio as rootstock and square bud grafting as the method had the highest bud grafting affinity and survival rate (93.58%), so this treatment was suitable for promotion in production, while the treatment combination which regarded Koroneiki as ear, EZ-8 as rootstock and wooden bud grafting as the method had the highest growth increment or potential with the height of seedling ear growing 75.75 cm per year and the base stem increasing 6.93 mm per year. The results of this study could provide certain reference for the grafting technology of new varieties of olive in our China.
