摘要:
 采用模拟蘸浆造林方法,比较了纳米型植物抗逆剂(NPA)和多效抗旱驱鼠剂(RPA)对侧柏苗木的抗旱促长的效果。结果表明:NPA、RPA和对照的保存率、苗高、地径和根长年净生长量与土壤水分的关系符合Quadratic-模型;其中,NPA对保存率、苗高、地径、根长、相对苗高和根茎比的增益指数依次为10.8%±3.9%、48.5%±1.0%、90.7%±1.2%、13.76%±0.28%、-21.4%±0.6%和-24.03%±0.55%;RPA分别为7.1%±3.8%、50.9%±1.8%、62.1%±0.7%、11.88%±0.93%、-6.9%±1.2%和-25.78%±0.67%。证明采用150倍NPA和RPA水溶液进行蘸浆造林能显著地提高侧柏的保存率和生长量;其中,NPA的增益效果高于RPA,而在土壤缺水条件下,2种差异更加显著。
Abstract:
 Two types of plant growth and anti-stress agents, NPA and RPA were used in planting Platycladus orientalis seedlings, in which NPA or RPA were mixed in a clay slurry for dipping the seedling roots before planting. The results showed that the relationships between preserving rate of the seedlings treated by NPA, RPA and control, the annual net increment of seedling height, ground diameter, root length and soil moisture were in accordance with the Quadratic-model. Among them, the beneficial indices of the seedlings treated by NPA on the survival rate, seedling height, ground diameter, root length, relative seedling height and root were 10.8%±3.9%, 48.5%±1%, 90.7%±1.2%, 13.76%±0.28%, -21.4%+0.6% and -24.03%+0.55%, respectively, and for RPA, the corresponding values were 7.1%±3.8%, 50.9%±1.8%, 62.1%±0.7%, 11.88%+0.93%, -6.9%+1.2% and -25.78%+0.67%, respectively. The results demonstrated that the clay slurries prepared by 150 times diluted NPA and RPA solutions could significantly promote the preserve rate and growth of P. orientalis seedlings. The benefits from NPA were higher than those of RPA, and the differences were more significant under inadequate soil water condition.
