摘要:
 通过研究黒榆(Ulmus davidiana var. mandshurica)在哈尔滨不同道路交通污染环境下的适应性,为其在城市生境的应用提供科学依据。以1年生盆栽苗为材料,放置于交通污染不同的3种生境下,60 d之后,测定其比叶重、质膜透性、MDA和感病性。结果表明:在哈尔滨3种不同生境下黒榆生长质量有显著差异,比叶重、质膜透性和MDA与交通污染程度成正相关。就比叶重和感病性而言,两侧临车流量最大的主干路,距离主干路最近的黒榆生长质量最好;就质膜透性和MDA而言,单侧临车流量最小的主干路,且距离主干路最远的黒榆生长质量最好。综合分析得知,黒榆在两侧都临车流量最大的主干路,且距离主干路最近的生境3下生长质量较差。黒榆在3种不同道路交通污染的生境下都能生长,且生长质量良好。
Abstract:
 An experiment was conducted to explore the adaptability of Ulmus davidiana var. mandshurica under different road traffic pollution environments in Harbin and to provide a scientific basis for its application in urban habitat. The potted plants were put in three different conditions for 60 days, and the specific leaf weight, plasma membrane permeability, MDA content and susceptibility were measured. Significant differences were observed among the plants in different environments. The specific leaf weight, plasma membrane permeability and the content of MDA were positively correlated to traffic pollution. In terms of the specific leaf weight and susceptibility, those growing close to the main road with heavy traffic in two sides grew better; in terms of membrane permeability and MDA, the plant on the furthest arterial road grows the best quality. Comprehensive analysis, U. davidiana var. mandshurica grows worse on the biggest and the closest road. All of U. davidiana var. mandshurica under three different road traffic pollution of conditions can be grew, and have a good quality. So it can be considered U. davidiana var. mandshurica as used under different urban environment in Harbin.
