摘要:
 以竹浆造纸污泥为原料,杨木单板为表面增强单元、UF为胶粘剂制备新型复合材料。结果表明,单板造纸污泥复合板材较纯污泥板弹性模量、内结合强度、表面胶合强度等力学指标增加明显,可满足相关标准对板材的质量要求。从强度与环保要求两方面综合考虑,污泥施胶量以13%、单板的施胶量以150 g·cm-2为宜。
Abstract:
 This paper presented the manufacturing process of a new composite material by using paper mill sludge, poplar veneers and urea formaldehyde (UF). Compared with that made without poplar veneer, the board exhibited the excellent performances in elasticity modulus,internal bond strength and surface bond strength. Considering the aspects of strength and environmental requirement, the UF consumption for paper sludge was 13%, for poplar veneer: 50 g·cm-2.
