摘要:
 基于无胶胶合技术,研究了一种既综合软木和橡胶的优良性能,又没有合成树脂胶黏剂的新型绿色软木橡胶产品——无胶软木橡胶复合板。采用正交试验,并作方差与极差分析,结果表明,无胶复合板的最佳生产工艺参数为:热压温度190℃,配坯密度0.6 g·cm-3,软木大小为40目与16目混合颗粒,软木橡胶质量比为2∶3。
Abstract:
 A new type of environmental friendly composite made from cork and rubber was prepared based on adhesive-free technology. The composite combined the good performances both from rubber and cork. Technological parameters of making the composite were determined by orthogonal experiment: pressing temperature 170℃, green density 0.6 g·cm-3, cork types of mixed particles (1∶1), cork rubber mass ratio 2∶3.
