摘要:
 为了解位于陕西境内秦岭地区的‘凤丹’牡丹居群果期相关性状的表型多样性变异,对8个居群的叶、果的8个质量性状和14个数量性状进行了系统观察。结果表明:‘凤丹’牡丹株形在居群间与居群内均存在变异,而分枝类型、新枝颜色、叶形、果实颜色等仅在居群间存在明显变异,居群内趋于一致性;数量性状上,除单果荚长度外其他均在居群间和居群内存在显著差异。8个居群间不同数量性状的平均变异系数存在一定差异,其中坐果量、单果内种子数、单果荚长度变异较大,单果荚宽度、种子径长变异较小。分析环境因素与所选性状的相关性可知,‘凤丹’牡丹的单果内种子数对纬度存在极显著的负相关,与年均温存在极显著的正相关。
Abstract:
 In order to understand the phenotypic variations of fruiting-related traits of natural Paeonia ostii ‘Feng Dan’ populations native to Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi Province, 8 qualitative traits and 14 quantitative traits, concentrating on the leaves and fruits of 8 populations, were systematically observed and analyzed. The results indicated that the variations of plant types existed both within and among populations, while traits, such as branch-growing pattern, color of new branches, leaf shape and fruit color, were significantly different only among populations, but tended to be consistent within populations. As for the quantitative traits, they had great differences except single fruit pod length. Specifically, the average variation coefficients of the quantitative traits of 8 populations were different. Among these traits, the fruit number, the seed number in a single fruit, the length of a single fruit pod had relatively high variations, compared to which the width of a single fruit pod and seed diameter had less variations. Correlation analysis on the relationship betweens environmental factors and the chosen traits suggested that seed number in a single fruit pod of ‘Feng Dan’ was significantly and negatively correlated to latitude, and positively correlated to mean annual temperature.
