摘要:
 为探明非寄主挥发物在华山松大小蠹寄主选择过程中的作用,用触角电位仪和Y型嗅觉仪测定了华山松大小蠹雌雄虫对8种非寄主挥发物的触角电位(EAG)和行为反应。结果表明:所选择的8种非寄主挥发物均能引起华山松大小蠹雌雄虫的触角电位反应,并且随着化合物浓度的升高,触角电位反应值增大,最大值均出现在100 μg·μL-1浓度下;在10 μg·μL-1和100 μg·μL-1浓度下,雌雄虫对顺-2-己烯-1-醇和顺-3-己烯-1-醇的触角电位反应最强。顺-3-己烯-1-醇、苯甲醛、1-辛烯-3-醇、1-己烯-3-醇、3-辛醇、反-2-己烯醛在一定浓度下可引起明显的驱避反应,而顺-2-己烯-1-醇和反-2-己烯-1-醇未表现出明显的驱避作用。该研究结果可为华山松大小蠹林间驱避剂的研发提供借鉴。
Abstract:
 To better understand the effect of the nonhost plant volatiles in the host selection process of Dendroctonus armandi, electroantennography and Y-tube olfactometer were used to test the electroantennographic (EAG) and behavioral responses of D. armandi adults to eight kinds of nonhost volatiles. The volatiles under selection could induce clear EAG responses at their proper concentration, but there were no significant differences between females and males. The EAG response intensified with the concentration increasing. When the concentration increased to 100 μg·μL-1, the EAG response was the strongest. D. armandi showed the strongest EAG responses to cis-2-hexen-1-ol and cis-3-hexen-1-ol at the concentrations of 10 μg·μL-1 and 100 μg·μL-1. In the bioassays, cis-3-hexen-1-ol, benzaldehyde, 1-octen-3-ol, 1-hexen-3-ol, 3-octanol and trans-2-hexen-1-ol at their proper dosages all induced clear avoid displacement effects. Cis-2-hexen-1-ol and trans-2-hexen-1-ol only revealed light inhibitory effect. The study provides a reference for developing repellent for D. armandi in forests.
