摘要:
 对近年来构建的苹果遗传连锁图谱和相关重要性状的QTL定位研究进展进行了总结分析,主要包括苹果单一群体遗传连锁图谱、多个群体遗传连锁图谱、物理图谱的构建,以及抗病性状和主要农艺性状的QTLs定位,并讨论了相关研究中目前存在的问题及对遗传连锁图谱后期的展望,为苹果育种者在分子标记辅助育种方面提供参考。
Abstract:
 This paper summarized the advances in the researches concerned with genetic mapping and QTLs analysis on related important traits in apple in recent years, including construction of single group genetic linkage map, multiple group genetic linkage map, physical map, and the QTLs mapping of disease resistance traits and main agronomic traits in apple. Problems existed in the study were discussed, and prospectives were put forward to provide theoretical references for molecular marker-assisted selection of apple.
