摘要:
 芍药是观赏价值颇高的宿根花卉,在园林中可以用来充实栽培群落的下层空间。对6个芍药品种的耐阴性进行了综合评价,以期为城市绿化植物的选择、配置及园林景观的丰富提供试验依据。试验采用CI-203型激光叶面积仪、Li-6400型便携式光合作用系统、分光光度计等,对光合速率及相关因子进行测定,并对其进行主成分分析和聚类分析,对6个芍药品种的耐阴性进行了综合评价。结果可分为3类:第1类为耐阴性较强的‘粉玉奴’、‘紫凤朝阳’、‘团叶红’,第2类为耐阴性中等的‘朱砂判’、‘大富贵’,第3类为耐阴性相对较弱的‘种生粉’。各芍药品种间耐阴性存在差异,应根据环境条件选择相应的品种。
Abstract:
 Peony is a perennial root flower plant with high ornamental values. It can be used to enrich the culture community of underlayer space in the garden. In order to provide experimental basis for the selection of urban greening plant,community deployment and the landscape enrichment,the shade-tolerance of six peony cultivars was studied. Using the CI-203 laser leaf area meter,Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system,spectrophotometer,etc,the diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics and its relationship to the environmental factors were measured. The measured data were analyzed for principal component and cluster analysis. Shade tolerance of six peony cultivars was comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that 6 peony cultivars could be classified into three groups according shade-tolerance by hierarchical cluster analysis:cultivars of strongly shade-tolerant:‘Fenyunu’,‘Zifengchaoyang’,‘Tuanyehong’; cultivars of intermediate shade-tolerance:‘Zhushapan’,‘Dafugui’; cultivars of low shade-tolerance:‘Zhongshengfen’. The peony varieties were different in shade tolerance,so we should choose corresponding varieties according to environmental conditions.
