摘要:
 为了降低大豆蛋白胶的固化温度,提高交联剂改性豆胶的效率,减少交联剂的用量,最终降低豆胶成本,以分离大豆蛋白(SPI)降解液改性的酚醛树脂作为交联剂,使用前将其与大豆胶直接混合。通过核磁共振(13C-NMR)、差式扫描量热分析(DSC)改性前后酚醛树脂的结构变化和固化性能。结果表明,较普通酚醛树脂,以SPI降解液改性的酚醛树脂作为豆胶的交联剂,豆胶胶合板干、湿剪切强度明显提高,增幅分别为36.49%和22.03%;13C-NMR分析表明,SPI降解液改性的酚醛树脂体系羟甲基含量提高近27%。游离甲醛及甲醛聚合物含量降低近2.18倍,为后期豆胶的低毒或无毒化提供可能;DSC测试结果表明,以SPI降解液改性的酚醛树脂作为豆胶的交联剂,可以降低豆胶的固化温度,交联反应更容易。
Abstract:
 In order to decrease the curing temperature of soy-based adhesives,improve the efficiency and decrease the addition dosage of cross-linker agent,and to reduce the cost of soy-based adhesives,a new phenol formadehyde resin was modified by hydrolyzed soy protein that was used as a cross-linker agent on soy-based adhesives in this study.The structure characteristics and mechanical properties of the products were characterized by 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance (13C-NMR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The results indicated that plywoods of soy-based adhesive showed better dry and wet shear strength when the new resin was used as a cross-linker agent.13C-NMR results demonstrated that hydroxymethyl content of the new resin increased by 27%.Formaldehyde and formaldehyde polymer content decreased by 2.18 times,which provided possibility to produce low toxicity or no toxicity soy-based adhesive.DSC results showed that the resin could reduce the curing temperature of soy-based adhesive.
