摘要:
 利用3种人工富营养盐污水,持续灌溉6个柳树品种或杂种无性系的盆栽苗,比较研究柳树对氮磷的富集能力。结果表明:柳树对氮的吸附转移效果优于磷;氮磷复合处理总体上促进了氮磷在柳树盆栽苗体内的积累和向地上部分转移,处理2条件下最佳,而对磷转运系数的影响不显著;叶片中TN含量和氮富集量最高,根中TP含量和磷富集量最高;不同供试无性系间全株TN和TP含量、氮磷富集量,以及氮磷转运系数均存在显著或极显著差异。
Abstract:
 In order to compare the enrichment ability of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) between willow species,six willow clones were irrigated by three artificial sewages with different contents of N and P.The results showed that the enrichment abilities of all the willow species to nitrogen were better than to phosphorus.The co-existence of N and P artificial solution accelerated the accumulation of N and P in plant,resulting in the transference of N and P to aboveground generally.Treatment No.2 had the better promotion effect than others.However,the promotion effect of the co-existence on the enrichment of P was not significant.Higher content of total N was found in the leaves than in the roots,while higher content of total P was found in the roots than in the leaves.Significant differences in the contents of N and P in whole plant,amount of enriched N and P,as well as N and P transferring coefficients were significant among different clones.
