摘要:
 对琴叶风吹楠8个家系2年生苗木叶片的14个性状进行测定,分析了家系间和家系内叶片性状遗传变异规律。结果表明,琴叶风吹楠家系间和家系内各叶片性状存在不同程度的遗传变异,家系内变异系数平均变幅为8.82%~29.94%,家系间变幅为4.75%~30.30%,其中脉左宽/叶宽、叶脉数变异程度最小,叶面积和叶基角变异程度较大;各叶片性状在家系间和家系内(除脉左宽/叶宽外)差异性均达到极显著水平,家系间的表型分化系数(43.18%)略低于家系内,家系内变异是其主要来源,说明琴叶风吹楠对生存环境的适应范围相对较窄;叶片性状各指标间存在错综复杂的关系,大多两两间达到显著或极显著相关;主成分分析结果表明,琴叶风吹楠叶片性状变异主要表现为3个综合因子,即叶片大小、叶片形状及叶片质地。
Abstract:
 The 14 leaf traits of two-year seedlings from 8 Horsfieldia pandurifolia families were determined,and the genetic variations of leaf traits among different families and within the family were analyzed.The results showed that varying degrees of genetic variations existed in leaf traits among families and within the family.The average range of variation coefficient in family was from 8.82% to 29.94%,among families was from 4.75% to 30.30%.The ratio of the leaf width on the left of main vein to leaf width and leaf vein number had the minimum variation.Variations of leaf area and leaf base angle were larger.Highly significant difference of leaf traits (except for the ratio of the leaf width on the left of main vein to leaf width) existed among families and within the family.The phenotypic differentiation coefficient among families (43.18%) was slightly lower than within the family,the main source of variation came from the family which indicated that the adaptive range of the living environment for H.pandurifolia.was relatively narrow.There were intricate relationships in leaf traits,mostly reached significant or extremely significant correlation level.Principal component analysis showed that the leaf traits variations of H.pandurifolia mainly were decided by three comprehensive factors,including leaf size,shape and texture.
