摘要:
 采用培养皿滤纸法,研究了花椒叶片浸提液对草地早熟禾、高丹草、苜蓿、白三叶草的化感作用。结果表明,花椒叶片浸提液对4种牧草种子的发芽率、发芽势具有化感抑制作用,而对草地早熟禾和苜蓿的根和茎的生长表现为“低促高抑”现象,即当浸提液的浓度为1 g/L时浸提液对草地早熟禾和苜蓿的根长有促进作用,其他牧草的根长和茎长均受到不同程度的抑制作用;浓度5 g/L时对高丹草的茎长有促进作用,对其他牧草根长和茎长都表现抑制作用;浓度为25 g/L时所有牧草的根和茎的生长都受到显著抑制作用。
Abstract:
 The allelopathy effects of aqueous extract of Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves on four grass seeds was studied by bioassay.The extract inhibited the germination rate and speed of the seeds.Different concentrations of the extract exhibited promotion effects at low concentration and inhibition at high concentration on root length and stem length of Poa pratensis and Medicago sativa.When the concentration of the extract was 1 g/L,it promoted the root length of P.pratensis and M.sativa,and the root length and stem length of other grasses were inhibited with different degrees.When the concentration was 5 g/L,it promoted the stem length of Sorghum sudanense and inhibited root and stem growth of other grassed.When the concentration was 25 g/L,it inhibited root and stem growth of all grasses.
