摘要:
 利用SSR分子标记技术,对云南省昭通市8个县和四川省2个县的10个筇竹天然居群的遗传多样性进行分析。结果表明:1)筇竹居群遗传多样性水平中等。居群期望杂合度(HE)变化范围为0.471~0.666,平均为0.601;有效等位基因数(NE)变化范围为1.600~3.078;Shannons 信息指数(I)变化范围为0.415~1.428,平均为1.041。2)分子方差分析显示,居群间遗传变异占总变异的13%,居群内占78%,即遗传变异主要存在于居群内。3)在居群水平,居群8(水富)(NE=3.742,HE=0.666,I=1.428)和居群7(永善)(NE=3.295,HE=0.635,I=1.282)2个居群遗传多样性相对较高,在遗传多样性分析的基础上,提出应当采取相应措施加强筇竹资源保护工作。
Abstract:
 Using simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers technique,the genetic diversity of ten natural populations of Qiongzhuea tumidinoda from eight counties of Zhaotong in Yunnan Province and two counties in Sichuan Province was studied.The results showed that 1) the genetic diversity of Q.tumidinoda was in the middle level.Expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.471 to 0.666 with a mean value of 0.601.The effective number of alleles ranged from 1.600 to 3.742.Shannon’s information index (I) ranged from 0.415 to 1.428,with the mean of 1.041.2) Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) indicated that genetic variation among populations was 13%,while 87% of the genetic variation existed within populations,indicating that the genetic differentiation among populations was lower than within populations.3) The 8th population (from Shuifu,NE=3.742,HE=0.666,I=1.428)and the 7th population (from Yongshan,NE=3.295,HE=0.635,I=1.282) were at the higher diversity genetic level.
