摘要:
 以四季报春(Primula obconica)花粉为材料,通过研究硼酸(H3BO4)、蔗糖、温度以及时间对四季报春花粉萌发特性的影响来探索四季报春花粉萌发的条件。结果表明,四季报春花粉萌发及花粉管生长所需硼酸最适浓度为0.05%~0.10%,蔗糖最适浓度为10%~15%,温度为25℃,且5 h内花粉萌发及生长速率最快。
Abstract:
Primula obconica pollen was used as material to explore the conditions of pollen germination through studying the effects of boric acid (H3BO4),sucrose,temperature and time on the characteristics of pollen germination.The results showed that the most suitable concentrations of boric acid and sucrose on pollen germination and pollen tube growth were from 0.05% to 0.10% and from 10% to 15%,respectively,the most suitable storage temperature was 25℃,and the rates of pollen germination and growth were the fastest within five hours.
