摘要:
 对于生态环境脆弱、绿色植被稀少的甘肃省来说,林业高效且持续的发展是实现可持续发展的重要举措之一。运用DEA评价模型,通过对1998-2014年甘肃省林业生产效率所选取的指标进行测算和分析。结果表明,甘肃省林业投入产出水平总体较高,但还存在一定改进空间;导致林业DEA非有效的主要原因是规模效益较低,抵消了技术效率带来的正向影响;在DEA非有效年份中,可以发现存在一定程度的投入冗余,对其进行投影分析,得出营林固定投资是影响其主要原因。最后根据研究结果,针对甘肃省未来的林业发展指出可行的方向。
Abstract:
 Gansu is a province in China with fragile ecological environment and less green vegetation coverage,the efficient development of forestry is one of the important measures to realize sustainable development.DEA evaluation model was used to estimate and calculate the selected indices relative to forestry production efficiency in the province during 1998-2014.Generally,the forestry input and output in the province were high,however,rooms still existed for improvement.The main reason resulted in the non-effective DEA was its low scale efficiency,which offset the positive effects of the technical efficiency.There existed certain degree of input redundancy in the year of DEA deficiency,after projection analysis,fixed investment in afforestation was the main cause.Some suggestions for the forestry development in the province were put forward.
