摘要:
 对水性聚氨酯(WPU)改性大豆蛋白基胶粘剂的胶合强度进行研究,并利用热重分析法研究了水WPU共混改性大豆基胶粘剂的固化反应特征,通过动力学研究方法研究了各阶段反应的活化能E、指前因子A等动力学参数,并借助傅立叶红外光谱技术(FT-IR)研究了大豆基胶粘剂固化产物的结构特征。结果表明,先后经碱处理和WPU共混改性,大豆基胶粘剂湿态胶合强度有显著提高,FT-IR分析显示改性后胶粘剂结构发生变化。大豆基胶粘剂热解主要有2个阶段,而改性大豆基胶粘剂有4个降解阶段。动力学分析表明,热固化过程均为一级反应,随着WPU加入量的上升,各阶段的固化反应活化能增大,使其固化温度有所上升。
Abstract:
 The bonding strength of the soy-based adhesive was examined.TG analysis was employed to research the curing characteristics of the adhesives blending with different amounts of waterborne polyurethane.The kinetic parameters were evaluated by dynamic method,including apparent activation energy,pre-exponential factor and so on.Moreover,the structure feathers of defatted soy flour and various cured soy-based adhesive samples were investigated by applying FT-IR.The results showed that the wet shear strength was dramatically improved while the chemical structures of soy-based adhesive were changed after alkali treatment and WPU modification compared with defatted soy flour by FT-IR analysis.There were four main decomposition stages in the DTG curves of modified soy-based adhesive while two stages in unmodified sample.The kinetic analysis indicated that the curing process could be described as consecutive first-order-cure process.Moreover,with the increase of the addition level of WPU,the apparent activation energy of each stage of curing process increased.
