摘要:
 采用分步浸渍工艺,在杨木单板中导入氯化钙和碳酸钠2种反应介质,通过化学反应原位生成耐磨剂碳酸钙。然后使用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂对杨木单板进行二次真空浸渍,借助于高分子材料的固化作用改善杨木单板的耐磨性能和硬度,扩大杨木单板的使用范围。通过对浸渍后杨木单板的增重率、硬度、耐磨性能和电镜综合分析选取较优工艺配方。结果表明,经过碳酸钙和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂真空加压后的复合材增重率显著提高,最大增重率为95.63%;复合材硬度和耐磨性有所提高,硬度最高值为27.80 MPa。扫描电镜结果表明,真空加压后的复合材填充效果明显。
Abstract:
 In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of poplar veneer,two kinds of inorganic reagents,calcium chloride and sodium carbonate,as well as melamine resin were used by vacuum impregnation method.The scope of the use of poplar veneer was expanded.The weight gain rate,adhesion,hardness,wear resistance and electron microscope analysis of modified poplar veneer were measured,and a preferable process formula was selected.The results show that:the weight gain rate of the calcium carbonate and the melamine resin composite after vacuum treatment was the highest.The maximum weight gain rate was 95.63%.The highest hardness value of the group I was 27.80 MPa,and the wear resistance was also the best.The results of SEM showed that the filling effect was obvious after the vacuum impregnation of the calcium carbonate and the melamine resin.
