摘要:
 为研究水曲柳SOC1基因对植物开花的调控功能,将水曲柳SOC1基因通过农杆菌介导法转入模式植物烟草中。利用PCR及Southern杂交法检测,结果有10株被确定为转基因植株。利用RT-PCR法对5株转基因烟草进一步分析表明,SOC1基因在3株烟草中表达。表型分析表明,转基因烟草植株生长较快,叶片窄小,开花时间提前。
Abstract:
 To study the function of gene SOC1 on regulating flowering time of plant,a SOC1 gene cloned from Fraxinus mandshurica was transformed into tobacco by an Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method.The results from PCR and Southern hybridization showed that 5 lines of transgenic tobacco were obtained.RT-PCR detection showed that the SOC1 was expressed in the 3 tobacco lines.Compared to the control,transgenic tobacco lines had some different features,including faster growth,narrower leaves,and earlier flowering time.
