摘要:
 以分层抽样入户问卷调查的形式，调研了陕西省11个县（区）的农户对林业生物能源产品使用的意愿，使用二分类Logistic模型分析了影响农户使用意愿的4类因素、17个变量。结果表明，农户林地经营情况、农户能源利用结构、农户认知情况3大类因素（变量类型）均对农户使用林业生物质能源产品意愿有显著影响，其中，林地到居住地距离、经营经济林面积、是否使用秸秆提供能源、是否利用林木枝叶提供能源、使用林业生物质能源产品能否改善环境这5个自变量对农户使用林业生物质能源产品的意愿影响显著，说明具有以下特征的农户更愿意使用林业生物质能源产品：第1，拥有大面积经济林；第2，经济林便于经营管理；第3，有使用林业生物质原材料的习惯；第4，具有环保意识。虽然农户性别、年龄、家庭收入以及受教育程度对于农户使用林业生物能源产品的意愿影响不显著，但女性对于林业生物质能源的关注度较高。政府可通过培训和技术推广等措施鼓励农户使用林业生物质能源产品，推动林业生物质能源发展。
Abstract:
 By using stratified sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted in 17 counties within Shaanxi Province on the willingness of the farmers to use bioenergy products in their daily lives.Seventeen variables belonging to four categories were analyzed by binary logistic regression model.The results showed that three categories had significant impacts on the willingness of the farmers,of which the factors like the distance between the forest land and the place of residence,the area of economic forest,whether use of stalks to provide energy,whether use of branches and the leaves of trees to provide energy and whether use of wood bioenergy products for the environmental protection had significant influences,indicating that farmers who had large area of economic forest that was convenient for management or who had got habit of using biomass as fuel or who had the awareness of environmental protection were more willingly to use forest-based bioenergy products.Although the factors like gender,age,income and education of household did not have significant effect on farmers’ willingness to use forest-based bioenergy products,women had much more concerns on forest-based bioenergy products.It was highly recommended that government could encourage farmers to use forest bioenergy products and to promote the development of forest bioenergy by optimizing the farmers’ forest management model,improving energy using patterns of the farmers,popularizing renewable energy knowledge to farmers.
