摘要:
 通过对18个白杨无性系水培条进行室内人工接种溃疡病菌,观测病原菌在各无性系间的潜伏期及发病高峰期,计算各无性系间的发病率和感病指数等,比较白杨各无性系对溃疡病的抗性差异,为杨树新品种的选育工作提供抗病性依据。无性系‘03-6-11’、‘04-16-10’、‘02-9-22’和银毛杨平均感病指数相对较低,分别为11.96、17.99、18.57、19.39,表现为高抗水平;无性系‘03-4-9’、I-101、‘04-19-14’、‘03-4-22’、秦白杨3号、‘03-5-17’、‘02-8-21’、‘04-17-12’、84K平均感病指数分别为22.90、24.24、24.89、26.45、28.32、29.38、33.72、38.39、40.32表现为抗病水平;毛白杨30号、‘02-12-29’和‘02-21-13’表现为感病水平;无性系‘02-3-32’和‘04-14-15’平均感病指数相对较高,分别为68.90、71.62,表现为高感水平。结果是无性系‘03-6-11’、‘04-16-10’、‘02-9-22’对溃疡病抗性较高,可作为候选抗病性好的白杨新品种材料。
Abstract:
 Hydroponic shoots of 18 poplar clones were inoculated with ulcer diseases to observe the incubation period and peak incidence,and to calculate disease incidence and infectiong index,and further to compare poplar canker resistant differences between the clones,and to provide the basis for disease resistance in breeding of new varieties of poplar.Clone ‘03-6-11’,‘04-16-10’,‘02-9-22’ and Populus alba×P.tomentosa presented low average disease index and high resistance level.Clones ‘03-4-9’,I-101,‘04-19-14’,‘03-4-22’,Qinbaiyang 3,‘03-5-17’,‘02-8-21’,‘04-17-12’,and 84K showed middle resistance level.Clone white poplar 30,‘02-12-29’ and ‘02-21-13’ showed susceptible level.Clone ‘02-3-32’ and ‘04-14-15’ whose average disease index was relatively too high showed high susceptible level.Clone ‘03-6-11’,‘04-16-10’,and ‘02-9-22’ whose resistance was higher were the best varieties with high canker resistance.
