摘要:
 采用S-D润湿方程计算和分析4种东南亚黄檀属红木(交趾黄檀、巴里黄檀、奥氏黄檀、刀状黑黄檀)在径、弦切面及不同纹理方向上的润湿系数及变化规律。结果表明,S-D润湿方程对4种红木表面润湿性能拟合度较好,R2值均超过95%;4种红木表面润湿性能与树种、切面和纹理方向的相关,其中刀状黑黄檀润湿性能最好,在径、弦切面的横纹和顺纹上的渗透系数K分别为0.048 59、0.052 17、0.055 98、0.064 18,交趾黄檀其次,巴里黄檀表面润湿性能最差;对于同种木材,弦切面润湿性能大于径切面,相同切面的顺纹表面润湿性能好于横纹。由于弦切面的山状花纹和弦切面顺纹较好的润湿性,建议家具表面涂饰选择弦切面为基材,顺纹方向涂饰。
Abstract:
 The contact angles of distilled water drops formed on the surfaces of four kinds of Dalbergia rosewood in southeast Asia were measured,and the surface wettability was analyzed by using S-D wettability equation.The results showed that fitting degree of S-D equation on surface wettability of four kinds of rosewood was over 95%.The surface wettability was affected by tree species,wood sections,and texture direction.The surface wettability of Dalbergia cultrate was the best.Within one species,the wettability on the radial section was better than that on the tangential section,surface wettability on the same section along the grain was better than that across the grain.
