摘要:
 以5个绣球品种的1年生扦插苗为材料,采用盆栽持续干旱法,持续干旱25 d后复水,每隔5 d测定绣球的总生物量、根冠比、叶片相对含水量(RWC)、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸(Pro)含量共9项生理指标的动态变化,以研究绣球对干旱胁迫的生理响应和抗旱机制。结果表明,持续干旱胁迫25 d后,5个绣球品种的总生物量和RWC呈降低趋势;根冠比、相对电导率、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量、Pro含量呈升高趋势;SOD活性、POD活性呈先升高后降低趋势;复水后,‘珍贵’和‘你我的浪漫’各指标与CK显著差异,‘无尽夏新娘’的MDA含量和POD活性显著>CK,‘拉维布兰’和‘银边绣球’的POD活性显著>CK。综上表明:绣球表现出一定的抗旱能力,并可以通过生长调节、活性氧代谢调节和渗透调节3种途径共同作用来响应干旱胁迫;不同绣球品种有不同的抗旱机制,‘拉维布兰’通过渗透调节和抗氧化调节提高抗旱性;‘珍贵’通过生长调节和渗透调节提高抗旱性;‘你我的浪漫’通过抗氧化调节提高抗旱性;‘无尽夏新娘’通过生长调节和渗透调剂提高抗旱性;‘银边绣球’无明显的抗旱机制。通过隶属函数值法分析得出5个绣球品种抗旱性强弱顺序为‘拉维布兰’>‘无尽夏新娘’>‘珍贵’>‘你我的浪漫’>‘银边绣球’。
Abstract:
 Using 1-year-old cutting seedlings,we measured the changes of 9 physiological indexes of five Hydrangea varieties every 5 days,including the total biomass,root shoot ratio,relative water content in leaves (RWC),relative electrolytic leakage in leaves,malondialdehyde (MDA) content,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,peroxidase (POD) activity,soluble sugar content and proline (Pro) content.We elucidated their physiological responses and drought resistant mechanisms.The results showed after 25 days of persistent drought stress,the total biomass,RWC of five Hydrangea varieties tended to decrease,while root shoot ratio,relative electrolytic leakage in leaves,MDA content,soluble sugar content and Pro content increased gradually.Superoxide SOD and POD activity increased first and then decreased.After rewatering,no significant differences were found between ‘Preziosa’,‘You and Me Romance’ and the control.However,MDA content and POD activity of ‘Endless Summer the Bride’ were significantly higher than the control.POD activity were significantly higher than the control in ‘Lavblaa’ and ‘Tricolor’.It was concluded that Hydrangea could adapt to drought stress by its growth regulation,active oxygen metabolism system and osmotic adjustment.Different varieties had different drought resistant mechanisms: ‘Lavblaa’ improved its drought resistance by osmotic adjustment and antioxidative defense,‘Preziosa’ by growth regulation and osmotic adjustment,‘You and Me Romance’ by antioxidative defense,‘Endless Summer the Bride’ by growth regulation and osmotic adjustment,‘Tricolor’ showed no significant drought resistant mechanism.The analysis of subordinate function method indicated that the capability of draught resistance was in the order of ‘Lavblaa’>‘Endless Summer the Bride’>‘Preziosa’>‘You and Me Romance’>‘Tricolor’.
