摘要:
 对不同物候区27个产地的元宝枫(Acer truncatum)叶片采样分析,分别测定叶片的叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶柄长、裂长、裂宽、叶长宽比、叶裂长宽比、叶基角等叶片生物学参数,为元宝枫种群演化、分类、培育、良种筛选等研究提供科学依据。结果表明,27个种源间叶片性状的变异系数为7.12%~21.89%,其中变异系数最大的是叶面积,表明不同种源间元宝枫叶片叶面积差异最显著。叶片各形态性状之间关系复杂,大多两两间呈显著相关或极显著,说明元宝枫叶片部分形态性状间关系密切。不同种源元宝枫叶片的形态与各地某些地理、环境因素呈显著相关,其中随纬度的增加元宝枫叶片的叶长有显著减短的趋势,但随年均温和年降水量的升高叶长显著变长,说明南方地区的元宝枫叶片叶长比北方地区较长,且越往南形态表现越为明显;叶片面积随温度和降水量的增加而变大,即越温暖湿润叶片越大,反之,叶片就小;随着维度与海拔的升高,叶柄减短,年均温越高叶柄越长。主成分分析结果显示,元宝枫叶片性状变异主要表现为3个综合因子,即叶片大小因子、叶片形状因子、叶柄因子。聚类分析将27个种源划分为4个种群。
Abstract:
 In order to provide scientific basis for the studies of Acer truncatum in the aspects of evolution,taxonomy,cultivation,and breeding,the leaf biological parameters of A.truncatum from 27 provenances with different phenological regions were analyzed,including leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,petiole length,crack length,crack width,leaf aspect ratio,leaf length to width ratio and leaf base angle.The results showed that the coefficients of variance of leaf traits were 7.12%-21.89% among the 27 provenances,and the largest variation coefficient was leaf area,which indicated that the most significant difference among provenances was the leaf area.Complicated relationships were observed in leaf morphological traits,the correlation coefficient between every two characters mostly reached significant or extremely significant level.This indicated that the morphological characters of the leaves in A.truncatum was closely related.The morphological characteristics of the leaves of different provenances were significantly correlated with certain geographical and environmental factors:the leaf length decreased significantly with the increase of latitude,but increased with the increase of annual average temperature and annual precipitation,which indicated that the leaf length was longer in the southern region than in the northern region,and the more to the south,the more obvious.The leaf area increased with temperature and precipitation,i.e.the more warm and humid,the greater the leaf area,and on the contrary,the smaller the leaf area.With the increase of latitude and elevation,leaf petiole became shorter; the higher of average annual temperature,the longer the petiole.Principal component analysis showed that the leaf traits variations mainly were decided by three comprehensive factors,including leaf size factor,leaf shape factor,petiole factor.According to cluster analysis,the 27 provenances were divided into 4 populations.
