摘要:
 将100%黄土、黄土∶珍珠岩(1∶1)、黄土∶泥炭土(2∶1)、100%珍珠岩按体积比配成4种播种基质,研究不同基质和配比对厚果鸡血藤种子萌发发芽率、生根数、生根长度的影响;将芽苗移栽到黄土∶泥炭土∶珍珠岩(2∶1∶1)、黄土∶泥炭土(2∶1)、黄土∶腐殖土(2∶1)按体积比配成的3种轻基质容器中,研究不同基质和配比对厚果鸡血藤容器苗苗高、 地径、 叶面积、总干重、叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,采用不同播种基质,厚果鸡血藤种子出苗率、生根数有显著的差异,用珍珠岩做播种基质发芽率最高,平均达85%,用100%黄土做播种基质生根平均数量最多,平均每株达10.3根;采用不同容器基质,芽苗移栽1年生容器苗的株高、地径、总干重、叶绿素含量有显著差异,用黄土∶泥炭土∶珍珠岩做容器基质的芽苗株高、地径、总干重、叶绿素含量均为最大,1年生容器苗平均株高为53.15 cm,平均地径为6.21 mm,平均总干重为13.47 g,叶绿素含量为40.93SPAD。
Abstract:
 Four media prepared by using 100% loess,loess:perlite (1∶1),loess:peat (2∶1),100% perlite blend (V/V) were used as substrates to study their effects on the germination rate,rooting number and the rooting length of Millettia pachycarpa.The bud seedlings were transplanted into the containers in which three kinds of media were contained,i.e.loess:peat:perlite (2∶1∶1),loess:peat (2∶1),loess:humus (2∶1) (V/V) to examine their effects on the seedling height,the ground diameter,the leaf area,the total dry weight and the chlorophyll content.The results showed that the germination rate,the root number were significantly different in different planting media.The germination rate was the highest in perlite medium,with an average of 85%,the root number was the most on 100% loess medium,with an average root number of 10.3.Using different container media,the plant height,the ground diameter,the total-dry-weight,and the chlorophyll content of one-year-old container seedlings were significantly different.The plant height,the ground diameter,the total-dry-weight and the chlorophyll content were maximum in the medium of loess: peat: perlite.The plant average height of one-year-old seedlings was 53.15 cm,the average diameter was 6.21 mm,the average total-dry-weight was 13.47 g,the chlorophyll content was 40.93SPAD.
