摘要:
 使用水热法对茶多糖进行提取,以期为茶多糖的提取提供新的思路。以龙井长叶茶树叶片为材料,研究提取时间、提取温度、固液比对茶多糖得率的影响,以正交试验优化提取工艺。结果表明,影响茶多糖得率各因素的主次顺序是提取温度>固液比>提取时间,最佳提取工艺参数为提取温度120℃,提取时间90 min,固液比为1∶25(g·mL-1),此工艺条件下龙井长叶中茶多糖得率为110.23 mg·g-1
Abstract:
 Hydrothermal method was used for the extraction of tea polysaccharides from Longjing-changye leaves.Effects of extraction time,temperature,and solid/water ratio on the yields of tea polysaccharides were studied.The orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction conditions.The results showed that the order of the factors affecting the extraction was temperature> time>solid/liquid ratio.The optimum yield of tea polysaccharides was 110.23 mg·g-1 at 120℃ with solid/solvent ratio 1∶25(g·mL-1) for 90 min.
