摘要:
 以兰州地区不同生境的18种野生观赏草本植物种子为材料，研究其基本特征（种子长宽、千粒重）与萌发率以及冷藏对其种子发芽能力的影响。结果表明，1）18种野生草本花卉种子长、种子宽、千粒重与萌发率存在负相关关系，但相关性不显著（P>0.05）；种子长、种子宽、千粒重之间存在着显著的正相关关系（P<0.05）；2）小花草玉梅、椭圆叶花锚、条纹龙胆、川续断、路边青与苞芽粉报春的种子经冷藏后萌发率升高（P<0.05），而细裂亚菊与角茴香的种子经冷藏后萌发率降低（P<0.05）；3）草地与林缘植物的种子经冷藏后萌发率升高，干山坡的植物种子经冷藏后萌发率反而降低；4）在育种的过程中适合直接播种的野生草本花卉有展毛翠雀、甘青铁线莲、短尾铁线莲、珠光香青、细叶亚菊、黄花矶松、黄花角蒿与角茴香；小花草玉梅、椭圆叶花锚、条纹龙胆、川续断、路边青与苞芽粉报春种子适合低温冷藏后播种。
Abstract:
 By investigating the seed traits (seed length,seed width and 1000-seed weight),seed germination and the influence of cold storage in seed germination of 18 wild ornamental herbaceous species occurring in Lanzhou were examined.The results indicated that 1) there existed negative correlation between seed length,seed width,seed weight and seed germination,however,not statistically significant (P>0.05); there were significant correlation among seed length,seed width,and seed weight (P<0.05).2) The seed germination rate of Anemone rivularis,Halenia elliptica,Gentiana striata,Dipsacus asperoides,Geum aleppicum,Primula gemmifera increased after cold storage (P<0.05),however,the seed germination of A.tenuifolia and H.erectum decreased after cold storage (P<0.05).3) The seed germination rate of the plants in forest edge and grassland increased after cold storage.The seed germination rate of the plants in dry slop decreased after cold storage.4) The seeds of D.kamaonense,C.tangutica,C.brevicaudata,A.margaritacea,A.tenuifolia,L.aureum,I.sinensis,H.erectum could be seeded directly,the seed of A.rivularis,H.elliptica,Gentiana striata,D.asperoides,Geum aleppicum,Primula gemmifera could be seeded after cold storage in the breeding process.
