摘要:
 对正常条件和盐胁迫条件下13个芍药品种部分耐盐生理指标的变化趋势进行研究。结果表明,耐盐品种在盐胁迫条件下叶片相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)上升值明显小于不耐热品种,而叶片相对含水量、叶片可溶性蛋白含量、叶片游离脯氨酸含量上升值均比不耐热品种高,这些生理指标的变化与芍药品种的耐盐性有明显的相关性。上述生理指标均可作为芍药品种耐盐筛选指标体系,并从13个品种中筛选到4个耐热芍药品种,分别为‘粉玉奴实生苗3’、‘奇花露霜’、‘银边红阁’、‘红盘彩球’。研究结果也为其他园林植物的耐盐筛选提供理论指导。
Abstract:
 The changing trends of the physiological indexes in 13 varieties of herbaceous peony growing under normal and salt stress conditions were examined.It was found that under salt stress,the increases of relative electrolyte leakage and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) of high salt-resistance varieties were evidently less than those of salt-sensitive varieties,but the increases of the contents of relative water,soluble proteins and free proline of the former were evidently more than those of the later.Correlation analysis indicated that all the physiological indexes exhibited distinct correlations with the ability of high salt tolerance.It was concluded that indexes selected in this study could be used for screening salt resistant variety of herbaceous peony,by which four salt-resistant varieties were screen out from 13 herbaceous peony.The results of this study could be considered as a theoretical reference for the selection of salt resistant variety of other ornamental plants.
