摘要:
 为了探究氢氧化钠处理对木材粘弹性的影响,对硬白梧桐和樟子松2种木材进行不同浓度与不同处理时间单因素分析,利用XRD和万能力学试验机分别研究2种木材的结晶度和松弛性能。结果表明,碱处理会增加试样的结晶度,硬白梧桐并未出现结晶度最大值,樟子松在20 g/L时达到峰值75.2%。随着处理时间的延长,樟子松的结晶度会在30 min内迅速增大8%,而后缓慢增加。松弛测试发现,低浓度碱处理均会使木材更容易发生松弛,这主要是由半纤维素的溶出导致的。
Abstract:
 In order to explore the effect of sodium hydroxide treatment on wood viscoelasticity,two types of woods,Ayous and Pinus sylvestris were treated by different concentrations of sodium hydroxide with different processing time.By using XRD and universal mechanical testing machine,wood crystallinity and relaxation properties were examined.The results showed that the crystallinity of the samples increased by alkali treatment.In the experimental range,the maximum crystallinity of Ayous wood did not appear,and P.sylvestris peak reached a peak value of 75.2% at 20 g/L.With the extension of processing time,the crystallinity of P.sylvestris wood increased rapidly by 8% within 30 min,and then increased slowly.Relaxation tests revealed that low concentration of alkali treatment made wood more prone to relaxation,which was mainly caused by the dissolution of hemicellulose.
