摘要:
 试验采用200、500、1 000 mg·L-1 3个浓度梯度的外源6-BA,研究其对大红三角梅(Bougainvillea spectabilis ‘Crimsonlake’)生长、开花以及相关生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,外源6-BA对大红三角梅的生长影响效果不明显;3种浓度下的6-BA均能促使大红三角梅提前开花,浓度越高提前效果越明显,但同时会使其花苞片有减小趋势,开花数量减少、品质降低;500、1 000 mg·L-1处理延长了大红三角梅的花期天数,但效果并不显著;200、500 mg·L-1浓度下使大红三角梅叶片可溶性糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白质含量保持相对较高水平,以利于其生长和开花。总体来看,500 mg·L-1浓度下对大红三角梅的综合调控效果最好。
Abstract:
 Exogenous 6-BA with gradient concentrations of 200,500 and 1 000 mg·L-1 were applied to Bougainvillea spectabilis ‘Crimsonlake’ to investigate its effects on the growth,flowering and some physiological and biochemical indexes.The effect of 6-BA on the growth was not obvious,and 6-BA with three concentrations all could promote the flowering earlier,and the synergism was more obvious at higher concentration.At the same time,there was a decreasing trend in bract number,and the number of flowers and ornamental quality decreased.The 500 and 1 000 mg·L-1 6-BA treatments could prolong the florescence,but the effect was not significant.The 200 and 500 mg·L-1 6-BA treatment could maintain a high level of the soluble sugar,starch and soluble protein contents in favor of the growth and flowering.In general,the 500 mg·L-1 6-BA treatment obtained the best comprehensive control effects.
