摘要:
 在分析和研究强化地板加工工艺的基础上,结合强化地板全自动生产线的工艺流程,确定了强化地板数控横向开榫机的开榫工艺及加工运动方式。对强化地板数控横向开榫机的齐边锯主轴进行ANSYS有限元分析和静力学仿真分析,获得其应力、应变和变形云图,校核其强度、刚度;通过模态分析,获得齐边锯主轴的前六阶固有频率及振型,检验其振动稳定性,验证其结构设计合理性。为设备主轴的创新设计提供了新的思路。
Abstract:
 Based on the analysis of the processing technique of laminate flooring panels,and combined with the characteristics of automatic panel production line,this paper determined tenon technology and processing movement of the CNC transverse tenoner of laminate flooring panels.The ANSYS finite element analysis and static simulation analysis were carried out to obtain the stress,strain and deformation cloud diagram for the edge saw main spindle of the tenoner,and the strength and stiffness were checked.Through the modal analysis,the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the edge saw main spindle were obtained,and were tested to verify the vibration stability and verify the rationality of the structural design.This paper provided a new idea for the innovative design of the equipment spindle.
