摘要:
 伴随着丰富的粮食产量,我国每年都会产生大量的农作物秸秆废弃物,充分利用该资源,可以变废为宝,提高生物质资源的附加值。以稻秸秆为原料,通过先酸解后热解,再与碱反应成功制备得到生物质基水玻璃。运用X线荧光分析仪(XRF)分析SiO2质量分数并计算出SiO2溶出率,并采用Box-behnken设计,以SiO2溶出率为响应值,反应时间、反应温度和NaOH溶液3因素为变量,建立二次多项线性回归方程模型,对数据进行拟合,预测出最优工艺条件,并对其进行验证性试验。结果表明,SiO2溶出率随着反应时间、反应温度和NaOH溶液浓度的数值增大而增大,且反应温度和反应时间对SiO2溶出率的交互作用较为显著;同时,反应时间、反应温度对SiO2溶出率存在二次影响;由RSM预测得出最优工艺条件为反应时间为4.9 h,反应温度为96.02℃,NaOH浓度为4 mol·L-1,验证性试验表明该工艺条件下SiO2溶出率为84.54%。
Abstract:
 China,as a large agricultural country,produces a large number of straw wastes every year with abundant grain output.If we make full use of these straw waste resources and turn these straw wastes into treasures,it will increase the added value of biomass waste resources.In this study,rice straw was used to prepare biomass based silica by acid hydrolysis and pyrolysis methods.Biomass based water glass was prepared by biomass based silica mixed with NaOH.X ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) analysis was used to analyze mass fraction silica.The dissolution rate of silica was calculated.Effects of reaction temperature,time and concentration of sodium hydroxide on the dissolved silica and silica dissolution rate were explored by Box-behnken design.A quadratic regression polynomial model was built taking silica dissolution rate as a response value.The results indicated that the dissolution rate of SiO2 increased with the increase of reaction time,reaction temperature and concentration of NaOH solution.The interaction between reaction temperature and reaction time on SiO2 dissolution rate was significant.Reaction time and reaction temperature had secondary influence on SiO2 dissolution rate.From the RSM prediction,the better reaction time was 4.9 h,the better reaction temperature was 96.02℃,and the NaOH concentration was 4 mol·L-1.Under this technological condition,the dissolution rate of SiO2 was 84.54%.
