摘要:
 以引进保存的5个美国核桃主栽品种和3个新疆核桃品种1年生休眠枝条为试验材料,通过不同梯度低温胁迫处理,测定不同低温胁迫下供试品种的相对电导率并通过Logistic方程拟合半致死温度,结合冬季果园实测气温数据以及春季冻害调查数据,综合评价不同品种在南疆的越冬适应性及田间冻害临界温度指标。结果表明,8个核桃品种抗寒力强弱为温185>维纳>艾米格>新新2>新丰>强特勒>哈特利>彼得罗,强特勒、哈特利、彼得罗3个品种在南疆的越冬适应性相对较差,在-14.6~-15.4℃极端低温条件下嫁接枝条及1年生枝出现冻害,维纳、艾米格以及3个新疆品种越冬正常。8个品种1年生枝半致死温度范围在-18.5~-26.6℃,半致死温度能够较准确的反映品种间的抗寒力强弱,但低于田间冻害临界温度。
Abstract:
 The annual dormant branches of 5 American walnut cultivars and 3 local cultivars in Xinjiang were used as experimental materials,the electrical conductivity of different varieties was measured by different gradients of low temperature stress,and the semi lethal temperature was fitted by Logistic equation,based on the measured temperature data and spring survey data of freeze injury in the orchards.The winter adaptability of different varieties and the freezing injury temperature index were evaluated comprehensively.The results showed that preliminary determination of 8 walnut varieties were in the order of Wen-185>Vina>Amigo>Xinxin-2>Xinfeng>Chandler>Hartley>Pedro,the overwintering adaptability of the Chandler,Hartley and Pedro was relatively weaker in southern Xinjiang.Annual branches appeared freeze injury at extremely low temperature of -15.4℃.Cultivar Vina,Amigo and 3 local walnut cultivars overwintered normally,showed better adaptability.The semi lethal temperature of 8 cultivars ranged between -18.5℃ and -26.6℃,semi lethal temperature could accurately reflect the hardiness of varieties,but may be lower than the critical temperature of field freezing injury.
