摘要:
 以沙柳木粉(SPP)为原料,以无水乙醇、氢氧化钠、氯乙酸为反应试剂,通过对SPP醚化改性得到羧甲基化沙柳木粉(CMS)。采用透射电镜(TEM)、X线衍射(XRD)、X线光电子能谱分析(XPS)等表征手段对SPP和CMS的微观结构进行分析。考察吸附剂用量、Pb2+溶液初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附温度、Pb2+溶液pH值等因素对SPP和CMS吸附Pb2+性能的影响,研究SPP和CMS吸附Pb2+的吸附动力学和吸附等温线。结果表明,SPP经羧甲基化改性形成的CMS,表面变得疏松多孔,晶体结构发生了变化,羧甲基成功引入到了CMS中。当SPP和CMS的投加量分别为0.7 g和0.5 g,Pb2+溶液初始浓度均为900 mg·L-1,吸附时间为120 min,吸附温度为30℃,Pb2+溶液pH值分别为5和4时,SPP和CMS对Pb2+的吸附量最大,分别为30.64 mg·g-1和71.55 mg·g-1。SPP和CMS对Pb2+的吸附过程均更符合伪二级动力学模型和Freundlich等温线模型。
Abstract:
 The carboxymethyl Salix psammophila powder (CMS) was prepared by using S.psammophila powder (SPP) as raw material,anhydrous ethanol,sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid as the reaction reagents.The micro structures of SPP and CMS were characterized by means of TEM,XRD and XPS.The adsorption properties of Pb2+ on SPP and CMS under different adsorption conditions such as the adsorbent dosage,initial concentration of Pb2+,adsorption time,adsorption temperature and the pH of Pb2+ solution were investigated,and the adsorption kinetic and isotherm of Pb2+ adsorption on SPP and CMS were studied.The characterization results showed that the surface of CMS became loose and showed a porous network structure,crystal structure changed,the -CH2COO- was grafted and introduced into the CMS.The experiments results showed that the adsorption capacities of SPP and CMS reached a maximums of 30.64 mg·g-1 and 71.55 mg·g-1 as the dosages were 0.7 g and 0.5 g respectively,the initial concentration of Pb2+ was 900 mg·L-1,the adsorption time was 120 min,the adsorption temperature was 30℃ and the pH values of Pb2+ solution were 5 and 4,respectively.Adsorption processes of SPP and CMS were in good agreement with the Pseudo-second-order kinetic and Freundlich isotherm model.
