摘要:
 利用11个思茅松优良无性系作为杂交亲本,按照析因交配设计,组成了30个杂交组合进行人工杂交。采集种子后对杂交种子进行实生繁殖,共得到了9个较大的F1分离群体。结合子代表型变异及亲本间SRAP标记遗传相似系数分析,确定在子代表型及亲本DNA水平均差异较大的9号家系作为构建思茅松遗传连锁图谱的作图群体,为思茅松遗传连锁图谱构建、数量性状定位奠定基础。
Abstract:
 Using 11 selected clones as the hybrid parents,a total of 30 crossing combinations were hybridized according to the analysis of mating design.By the way of sowing and culture of seedlings,nine F1 families were obtained.Based on the variation analysis of field phenotypic characteristics among nine F1 families and the analysis of gentic similarity coefficient between 11 parents using SRAP markers,family 9 was selected as the mapping population for constructing the genetic linkage map in Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis.It is the basic step for mapmaking and QTLs.
