摘要:
 以4 a生杜鹃扦插苗功能叶(成熟叶)的叶圆片为试验材料,应用电导法测定了9 个杜鹃品种在40、45、50、55、60、70℃温度下细胞膜透性的变化,通过Logistic方程拟合,求得高温半致死温度(LT50),并与高温胁迫处理下盆栽扦插苗叶片的褐变指数进行验证和聚类分析。结果表明,供试品种叶片在不同高温胁迫处理下电解质渗出率的增加呈“S”形曲线;根据高温半致死温度对供试品种进行耐热性排序:‘石岩’(53.84℃)>‘琉球红’(52.71℃)>‘白丹麦’(52.35℃)>‘天章’(51.62℃)>‘春诗’(51.33℃)>‘大青莲’(50.67℃)>‘粉五宝’(48.40℃)>‘御代之荣’(47.40℃)>‘霞红’(46.92℃)。说明根据高温半致死温度能准确反映杜鹃各个品种的耐热能力;根据高温半致死温度和褐变指数对杜鹃的耐热性进行系统聚类分析,可以将杜鹃这些品种分为3个类群,第Ⅰ类群包括‘石岩’、‘琉球红’,为强耐热品种,平均高温半致死温度为53.28℃;第Ⅱ类包括‘天章’、‘春诗’、‘白丹麦’和‘大青莲’,为中等耐热品种,平均高温半致死温度为51.49℃;第Ⅲ类包括‘粉五宝’、‘御代之荣’和‘霞红’,平均高温半致死温度为47.60℃,为不耐热品种。研究杜鹃品种高温半致死温度与耐热性的关系,可为耐热杜鹃品种选育提供理论依据。
Abstract:
 The relationship between high temperature and heat resistance of rhododendron cultivars was studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of Rhododendron cultivars.Discs of 4-year-old Rhododendron function leaf were used as the test materials,conductance method were adopted to measure the changes of cell membrane permeability of 9 Rhododendron cultivars under 40℃,45℃,50℃,55℃,60℃ and 70℃.High semi-lethal temperature (LT50) was studied by using conductance method combined with browning index of the leaves under high temperature stress for cluster analysis.The results showed that the electrical permeation rate of the tested leaf disc presented the ‘S’ curve under different high temperature stress.The heat resistance of Rhododendron cultivars could be accurately reflected by the high semi-lethal temperature and the order of heat resistance for Rhododendron cultivars was:‘Shiyan’(53.84℃)>‘Liuqiuhong’(52.71℃) >‘Baidanmai’(52.35℃)>‘Tianzhang’(51.62℃)>‘Chunshi’(51.33℃)>‘Daqinglian’(50.67℃)>‘Fenwubao’(48.40℃)>‘Yudaizhirong’(47.40℃)>‘Xiahong’(46.92℃).This heat resistance ranking was completely consistent with the sorting results according to the browning index,which indicated that the heat resistance of various species of Rhododendron could be accurately reflected by high semi-lethal temperature.Nine Rhododendron cultivars were divided into three classes via cluster analysis of LT50 and browning index:group Ⅰ (heat-resistance cultivars) included ‘Shiyan’ and ‘Liuqiuhong’; group Ⅱ (medium heat resistance cultivars) included ‘Tianzhang’,‘Chunshi’,‘Baidanmai’ and ‘Daqinglian’; group Ⅲ (heat-sensitive cultivars) included ‘Fenwubao’,‘Yudaizhirong’ and ‘Xiahong’.
