摘要:
 为确定羊蹄甲(Bauhinia purpurea)2个家系(DNS06号、DNS16号)幼苗最佳施氮量,以提高羊蹄甲的育苗效率。本研究采用指数施肥的方式对在不同氮素浓度下羊蹄甲的2个家系幼苗进行生长测试,对比不同氮素浓度下羊蹄甲2个家系幼苗的生长、根系和叶片各指标的差异。结果表明,不同浓度氮素指数施肥处理下羊蹄甲DNS06号家系地径和生物量差异显著,其他生长指标不存在显著差异;羊蹄甲DNS16号家系的根部鲜重在各处理组之间无显著差异。不同浓度氮素指数施肥处理下DNS06号家系根系生长指标差异显著。DNS16号家系在不同处理组除了投影面积和表面积差异不显著,其他根系指标的处理组之间差异显著。2个家系的叶片指标之间都存在着显著差异。生长指标方面,DNS06号家系和DNS16号家系都在施氮总量为5 000 mg·株-1时表现的效果最好。根系指标方面,对羊蹄甲DNS06号家系和DNS16号家系促进效果最好的施氮总量分别为4 000、2 000 mg·株-1。叶片各指标,当施氮总量为4 000 mg·株-1时,羊蹄甲DNS06号家系的表现最好;当施肥总量为2 000 mg·株-1时,羊蹄甲DNS16号家系的叶片指标表现最好。运用主成分分析,评价不同浓度指数施氮总量对羊蹄甲生理指标的影响,为羊蹄甲栽培提供理论依据。综合分析指出,羊蹄甲DNS06号家系、羊蹄甲DNS16号家系的最佳施氮总量分别为4 000、5 000 mg·株-1
Abstract:
 The main purpose of this study was to determine the optimum nitrogen rate for the growth of the seedlings of two Bauhinia families (DNS06,DNS16) ,and to improve the cultivation of plant efficiency of Bauhinia.The exponential fertilization method was adopted.Relative growth parameters of the seedlings were measured.Significant differences in ground diameter and the biomass were observed among different treatments for family DNS06,and differences in other growth parameters were not significant.For DNS16,differences in root fresh weight among different treatment were not significant.The root growth of DNS06 had significant differences among different treatment.Except for the projection area and surface area of DNS06,other root growth indexes were significantly different.Leaf growth indexes between two families were significantly different.Satisfied seeding growth could be achieved when the amount of the fertilizer was 5 000 mg per seedling for two families.From the view of root and leaf growth,the optimal amounts of fertilizer were 4 000 mg (DNS06) and 2 000 mg (DNS16) per seedling.Comprehensive analysis showed that the optimum fertilizer amounts were 4 000 mg (DNS06) and 5 000 mg (DNS16) per seedling.
