摘要:
 以海南岛儋州10年生降香黄檀为研究对象,分别采用不同极性溶剂石油醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇对降香黄檀木材的心材、心边材过渡带、边材进行提取,并采用气质联用技术(GC-MS)分析其提取物的成分及差异。结果表明,不同溶剂对降香黄檀进行提取,得到的提取物种类较完全。心材中主要含有25种化合物,萜类、醇类、饱和烷烃类物质较多,其中含量最多的成分为6α,11α-二甲氧基-6H-苯并呋喃-[3,2-c][1]-苯并吡喃(美迪紫檀素),甲醇提取液中含量高达26.07%;心边材过渡带中主要含有酯类、酚类物质;边材中主要含有烷烃类、酯类、酚类、萜类物质。在不同部位材的乙酸乙酯提取液中,发现边材和心边材过渡带也含有心材挥发油主要活性成分反式-橙花叔醇,其含量分别为5.89%、2.83%、1.96%。检索心材成分发现,7-羟基-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2H-1-苯并吡喃-2-酮、3,4-二氢-3-(2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基)-2-氢-1-苯并吡喃-7-醇和7-羟基-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)-4H-1-苯并吡喃-4-酮是合成6α,11α-二甲氧基-6H-苯并呋喃-[3,2-c][1]-苯并吡喃的中间体。木材内部化合物间发生一系列的生理生化变化,逐渐累积形成心材成分。研究降香黄檀心材、心边材过渡带、边材的成分及其差异,为进一步探究心材形成的影响因素提供依据。
Abstract:
 To investigate the difference in volatile components between different wood parts,samples collected from the heartwood,heart-sapwood transition zone and sapwood of 10-year-old Dalbergia odorifera trees cultivated in Danzhou,Hainan Province were extracted with the solvents with different polarities,such as ethyl acetate,methanol and petroleum ether.The extracts were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass specstroscopy (GC-MS) method.Different kinds of chemicals were found in the extracts of different solvents.About 25 components were found in heartwood,including terpenoids,alcohols and saturated alkanes,in which the largest chemical components in heartwood was 6α,11α-dimethoxy-6H-benzofuran-[3,2-c][1]-benzopyran (Medicarpin),accounting for 26.07% in methanol extract.While in the samples from the heart-sapwood transition zone,the main components were esters and phenols,and the main components in sapwood were alkanes,esters,phenols and terpenoids.The extract of heart-sapwood transition zone and sapwood also contained trans-nerolidol,the main volatile component in heartwood.The content of trans-nerolidol in heartwood,heart-sapwood transition zone and sapwood of D.odorifera were 5.89%,2.83%,and 1.96%,respectively.It was known from the literature that 7-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one,3,4-dihydro-3-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-2H-1-Benzopyran-7-ol,and 7-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4H-1-Benzopyran-4-one were the precursors for the biosynthesis of 6α,11α-dimethoxy-6H-benzofuran-[3,2-c][1]-benzopyran,indicating that a series of physiological and biochemical reactions occurred among the chemical components of Dalbergia odorifera,which accumulated gradually to in heartwood.
