摘要:
 对28 mm和50 mm 2种厚度橄榄木板材在常规干燥生产实践中变频模式和普通模式的干燥能耗进行统计分析,探讨变频干燥模式对常规干燥生产过程中能耗的影响因素。结果表明,干燥28、50 mm厚板材,在变频模式下平均单位材积板材耗电量较普通模式分别降低了23.39%和18.36%,平均单位耗电速度分别降低了31.90%和27.43%;50 mm比28 mm厚板材平均单位耗电速度高9.62%。平均单位板材耗汽量较普通模式高9.64%和8.87%,同为变频干燥模式,50 mm比28 mm厚板材单位小时耗汽量高10.03%,平均单位材积板材耗汽量高5.63%。综合能耗变频模式较普通模式降低了22.59%和17.78%,单位产量综合能耗降低了22.56%和17.80%,单位产量基本能耗降低了22.60%和17.77%。变频模式干燥较普通模式干燥具有明显的降耗节能效果。
Abstract:
 The investigation and analysis on the energy consumption were carried out for 28 mm and 50 mm thickness olive wood boards with the frequency conversion control and normal mode during the conventional drying process of production experiment,aimed at inspecting the effect of the frequency conversion for the energy consumption.The results showed that the frequency conversion mode changed the speed of water evaporation of the surface of wood by adjusting the fan speed,thus slowing down the total evaporation of wood in the kiln and prolonging the drying cycle slightly.For the 28 mm and 50 mm thickness boards,in frequency drying mode,the average unit plate energy consumption reduced by 23.39% and 18.36% than ordinary dry mode respectively,the average speed of unit energy consumption reduced by 31.90% and 27.43%.The average speed of power consumption per unit of 50 mm thickness board was 9.62% higher than that of 28 mm.In the same frequency conversion drying mode,the steam consumption per unit hour of 50 mm thickness board was 10.03% higher,and the average steam consumption unit volume of timber was 5.63% higher than 28 mm thickness board.Under the different drying modes,the average steam consumption unit volume of 28 mm and 50 mm thickness boads in frequency conversion modes were 9.64% and 8.87% higher than the conventional model.For the 28 mm and 50 mm thickness board,compared with the normal mode,under the frequency conversion mode,the comprehensive energy consumption decreased by 22.59% and 17.78%,the unit yield comprehensive energy consumption decreased by 22.56% and 17.80%,the unit yield of basic energy consumption decreased by 22.60% and 17.77%.The frequency conversion mode had obvious energy saving effect than the normal mode during conventional drying process.
