摘要:
 为了研究望天树育苗的优化方案,给育苗生产中提供理论与技术参考,采用析因试验设计方法,研究基质配比和缓释肥用量对望天树1年生容器苗生长量及其根系发育的影响。结果表明:1)随着基质中红壤土比例的降低,望天树容器苗高生长呈降低趋势,地径、生物量及根系发育等指标均呈明显先增高再降低趋势,红壤土所占比例为60%时,地径、全株生物量及根体积指标值为最大。2)随着缓释肥用量的增加,望天树容器苗苗高、地径生长表现为波动升高而后减缓的趋势,缓释肥用量为2.5 kg·m-3时,容器苗高、地径和全株生物量等生长指标值均为最大。3)望天树容器苗生长对基质配比和施加缓释肥均较为敏感,但根系生长发育的缓释肥效应不够明显。4)本研究综合各因素对望天树1 年生容器苗生长的主效应和互作效应,选出望天树容器育苗最佳的优化方案,即红壤土:松树皮:碳化树皮配比基质的体积比为6∶2∶2时,缓释肥用量2.5 kg·m-3
Abstract:
 In order to select the optimum scheme for the breeding of the seedlings,one-year-old Parashorea chinensis seedlings cultivated in non woven fabric container with light substrate were used to study the effects of different substrate ratios and applying doses of slow-release fertilizer on the growth and root trait development.The results showed that 1) with the decrease of laterite soil proportion in the matrix,the height growth of the container seedlings decreased,the ground diameter,biomass and root index showed significant increase at first and then decreased.When the proportion of laterite soil reached 60%,the ground diameter,biomass and root characteristics reached the maximum.2) The seedlings height,the ground diameter increased at first,and then decreased with the increase of the applying dosages of slow-release fertilizer.When the applying dosage was 2.5 kg·m-3,the seedling’s height,the ground diameter and biomass corresponding parameters reached to the largest.3) The growth traits of the container seedlings were sensitive to the substrate ratio and slow-release fertilizer dosages,while it was not true for the root growth.4) Optimum scheme was selected according to the main effects and interaction effects of all factors to the 1-year container seedling growth comprehensively,the most suitable substrate was as laterite soil∶pine bark∶carbonized bark=6∶2∶2,and the application of 2.5 kg·m-3 slow release fertilizer (APEX).
