摘要:
 为评价美洲黑杨的抗旱能力,以10个美洲黑杨无性系及‘69杨’‘陕林3号’2个对照无性系为试验材料,在水分胁迫条件下对各无性系的生理和生长差异进行分析。各无性系在各项指标间存在显著差异,以净光合速率、地径、苗高、生物量、渗透调节能力和细胞质膜透性作为无性系抗旱性筛选的综合评价指标,采用TOPSIS法对无性系抗旱能力进行综合评价。结果表明,综合抗旱性较强的无性系为‘秦黑杨1号’‘秦黑杨2号’‘田纳西美3’‘14-苏8’‘St-123’。
Abstract:
 In order to evaluate the drought resistance of Populus deltoides,the physiological and growth differences of clonal systems were analyzed under water stress with 10 P.deltoides clones and 2 control clones (‘poplar 69’,‘Shanlin No.3’) as test materials.Under water stress,significant differences were found among the clones in the indices used for the evaluation,such as net photosynthetic rate,the ground diameter,seedling height,biomass,osmotic regulation ability and cell membrane permeability.The method of weighted sequencing (TOPSIS) was used to evaluate the ability of drought resistance in clonal system.The results showed that the clones with strong drought resistance were ‘Qin Heiyang No.1’ ‘Qin Heiyang No.2’ ‘14-Su8’ ‘Tian Naximei No.3’,and ‘St-123’.
