摘要:
 以1年生杨树新品种秦白杨3号扦插苗为材料,通过L9(33)正交试验研究不同插穗长度、扦插时间、生长调节剂浓度对秦白杨3号扦插成活率、株高、地径的影响,并采用极差分析法对试验数据进行分析。结果表明,选择扦插时间在3月10日、插穗长度为20 cm、在1.00 g·L-1的NAA浸泡2 h的试验组合,其扦插成活率最高为90.50%;扦插时间在3月20日,插穗长度为16 cm,在1.00 g·L-1的NAA浸泡2 h的试验组合,其生长量最大。本试验是秦白杨3号扦插技术的初步研究,为构建秦白杨3号种苗繁育技术提供重要依据。
Abstract:
 The optimum conditions suitable for the propagation of ‘Qin Baiyang No.3’,a new poplar cultivar bred by Northwest A&F University,were screened to improve the survival rate of the cuttings.The orthogonal experimental design was used to study the effects of different cutting lengths,cutting time and growth regulator concentrations on the survival rate,plant height and ground diameter of the cuttings.The experimental data were analyzed by range analysis.The results showed that the cutting date in the study area was 10th March,the length of the cuttings was 20 cm,which were treated by 1.00 g/L NAA for 2 h,the cutting survival rate was 90.50% under these conditions,and the growth of cuttings could reach the optimal level.This preliminary study would provide an important basis for the construction of ‘Qin Baiyang 3’ seedling breeding technology.
