摘要:
 为了解不同品种辣木钙的动态变化规律,对西双版纳不同树龄的多油辣木、狭瓣辣木和‘PKM1’辣木叶、叶柄、枝中钙含量的年动态变化特征进行比较研究。结果表明,辣木钙含量随品种、树龄、时间而变化。辣木钙含量呈现叶>叶柄>枝、3 a树龄>14 a树龄,随时间变化逐渐降低。叶中钙含量呈现多油辣木和PKM1辣木>狭瓣辣木;叶柄中钙含量呈现PKM1辣木和狭瓣辣木高于多油辣木;枝中辣木钙含量受品种、受树龄的影响而呈现不同差异。辣木钙累积量呈现枝>叶>叶柄,狭瓣辣木最高、多油辣木和PKM1辣木最低。辣木叶钙含量与蛋白质含量成极显著的正相关。
Abstract:
 In order to understand the calcium dynamic changes among different Moringa species,a study was conducted to compare the annual variation of the content and biological accumulation of calcium in the leaves,petioles and branches.Three Moringa species were used,i.e.M.oleifera,M.stenopetala and Moringa PKM1 with different tree ages,which were cultivated in Xishuangbanna.The results showed that calcium content varied among different Moringa species,tree age and harvest time.The total calcium content was in the order of leaf>petiole>branch for different organs.The order was 3-year-old tree>14-year-old tree for different tree ages,and gradually decreased with time.The calcium content in the leaves of different species was M.oleifera and Moringa PKM1>M.stenopetala.The calcium content in petiole showed that Moringa PKM1 and M.stenopetala were higher than that of M.oleifera.The calcium content in branches was different among different species and tree ages.Calcium accumulation of Moringa was branch>leaf>petiole,in which the calcium content in M.stenopetala was the highest.There was a significant positive correlation between calcium and protein in Moringa leaves.
