摘要:
 为了探讨药用植物米槁与枫香混合种植对土壤化学性质及土壤酶活性造成的影响,以枫香幼苗为研究对象,采用米槁果皮、叶片制备浸提液浇灌幼苗土壤,蒸馏水浇灌作对照,分析不同浓度水浸提液对枫香幼苗土壤化学性质及酶活性的影响。结果表明,果皮浸提液处理下,土壤pH值随着浓度升高呈先减小后增大趋势,叶片浸提液处理下,土壤pH值随着浓度升高呈先增大后减小而后增大趋势;施加果皮、叶片水浸提液后,受土壤微生物的影响,土壤有机质的含量降低;低浓度果皮浸提液处理时土壤全N含量增加,而全P、全K的含量降低,水解N的含量升高,同时速效P、速效K的含量降低。随着浸提液浓度的升高,全N、全K、水解N、速效K的含量增加显著,而全P、有效P的含量减少。叶片低浓度处理时全N、全K、速效K含量有所增加,全P、水解N、速效P含量有所下降,随着浓度升高,各养分含量逐渐升高,高浓度时全K、水解N含量开始减少;2种浸提液处理对土壤脲酶、多酚氧化酶、还原性氢酶活性有不同程度的促进作用,对酸性磷酸酶活性表现出抑制作用。
Abstract:
 In order to investigate the effects of cultivating medicinal plant Cinnamomum migao together with Liquidambar formosana on soil chemical properties and soil enzyme activities,aqueous extracts of C.mingao fruit peel and leaves were applied to the soil in which the seedlings of L.formosana were cultivated to examine the effects of C.migao extracts with different concentrations on soil chemical properties and enzyme activities of L.formosana,distilled water was used as the control.The results showed that the soil acidity increased at low concentration of the extract,whereas soil pH increased at high concentration of the extract.Under the influence of soil microorganism,the content of soil organic matter decreased by the application of aqueous extracts.The content of total nitrogen (TN),total phosphorus (TP) and total potassium (TP) decreased,the content of hydrolyzed nitrogen (HN) increased,and the content of available phosphorus (AP) and available potassium (AP) decreased.With the increase of extract concentration,the contents of TN,TP,HN and AP increased significantly,while the contents of TP and AP decreased.The contents of TN,TP and AP increased when the leaves were treated with low concentration extract,and the contents of TP,HN and AP decreased.The two kinds of extracts could promote the activities of soil urease,polyphenol oxidase and catalases,and inhibit the acidic phosphatase activity.
