摘要:
 对引进的5个大花序桉(Eucalyptus cloeziana)和4个小帽桉(Eucalyptus microcorys)种源的生长性状进行早期(6 a)测定与评价。结果表明,6 a内生长性状在不同的桉树种间和种源间的差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),6年生大花序桉种源和单株层次各性状遗传力分别为0.79~0.94和0.84~0.89,均呈高强度遗传。6年生小帽桉种源和单株层次各性状遗传力分别为0.70~0.86和0.83~0.84,也均呈现高强度遗传。通过多重比较分析,大花序桉较小帽桉在生长表现上有较强的优势。经性状相关分析可知,树高、胸径和材积之间存在极显著正相关关系,平均相关系数为0.842 3。以DBHHV 3个性状指标构建大花序桉/小帽桉种源(单株)选择指数方程,按标准选择出3个大花序桉和1个小帽桉优良种源,平均材积遗传增益分别达11.70%和15.28%。
Abstract:
 Early (6 a) evaluation experiments on the introduction of Eucalyptus cloeziana from five provenances and E.microcorys.From four provenances were carried out.The results showed that there existed very significant differences in growth traits among species and provenances (P<0.01).The heritabilities of 6 a E.cloeziana in provenance and individual levels were ranged from 0.79 to 0.94 and from 0.84 to 0.89 for all traits,respectively,presented strong genetic factor controlled features.The heritabilities of E.microcorys provenances and individuals were from 0.78 to 0.86 and from 0.83 to 0.84 for all traits,respectively,also demonstrated stronggenetic factor controlled features.E.cloeziana was stronger advantageous than E.microcorys in growth by multiple comparison analysis.Moreover,there was an extremely and obviously positive relationship among height (H),diameter at breast height (DBH) and volume (V),their average value of correlation coefficients was 0.842 3.Selection index equations of provenances and individuals were built based on H,DBH and V,according to this standard,three E.cloeziana and one E.microcorys provenances were selected,and the genetic gain of V reached 11.70% and 15.28%,respectively.
