摘要:
 为了研究不同花穗整形及植物生长调节剂处理对葡萄果实大小及品质的影响,以4年生夏黑葡萄为试验材料,采用“速峰果美”和赤霉酸30 mg/kg+氯吡脲2 mg/kg对不同长度穗尖(7、8、9、10 cm)进行蘸穗处理。结果表明,采用“速峰果美”,在80%花帽脱落时留穗尖7 cm蘸穗处理、2周后重复1次的效果最好,平均单穗重、单粒重分别达到594.95、9.42 g,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量分别达到18.1%、14.0 g/100 g,有机酸含量0.46 g/100 g,糖酸比、固酸比分别为30.37、39.26,维生素C含量7.12 mg/100 g。同时,果实穗形紧凑、果面紫黑色,香味浓,口感好。试验中“速峰果美”对夏黑葡萄果穗的处理效果最好,该技术在甘肃及同类型气候区可以参考应用。
Abstract:
 In order to understand the effects of different plant growth regulator treatments and floral cluster pruning on the fruit size and quality of grapes,four-year-old vines of grape cultivar ‘Summer Black’ were used as the test materials.The tip of grape floral cluster with different lengths (7,8,9,and 10 cm) were treated with a developed plant growth regulator “Sufengguomei” (SFGM) and GA3 30 mg/kg+CPPU 2 mg/kg.The results showed that the best results could be achieved after the floral cluster with a length of 7 cm from the tip were dipped in SFGM solution after the fall of 80% of the flower cap,and repeated the dipping treatment 2 weeks later.The average weight of single berry and single bunch weight reached 9.42 g and 594.95 g,respectively.Soluble solids content and soluble sugars content reached 18.1% and 14.0 g/100 g,organic acid content was 0.46 g/100 g,the glycolic acid ratio and solid acid ratio were 30.37 and 39.26,respectively,and vitamin C content was 7.12 mg/100 g.At the same time,the bunch of fruit was compact and beautiful in shape,the fruit surface was purple and black in color,the aroma was rich and the taste was good.In summary,the effect of “SFGM” on the fruit of summer black grape was the best,and this technology could be used for reference in Gansu and the same type of climate area.
