摘要:
 以9个地理种源半年生云南松子代幼苗252株实生苗为对象,分析不同种源半年生苗木的生长节律,比较表型性状在种源间的差异和变异系数在种源间的变化以及与种源地理、气候因子的关系,并分析云南松幼苗各器官生物量在种源间的差异。结果表明:1)苗高、地径生长均呈现“慢—快—慢”的生长节律,符合“S”型生长曲线,速生期均在7-9月;2)表型性状(除叶面积、根长和根表面积)在种源间均不显著,新平种源各性状值均最大;3)从变异来看,根系的稳定性最低,地径的稳定性最高,云龙种源的表型性状比较丰富,永仁种源的表型多样性程度最低;4)各器官生物量以及总生物量在种源间差异显著(P<0.05),新平种源具有最大的生物量。表明不同地理种源半年生云南松子代幼苗种源间的差异主要由生物量决定,初步选择出新平种源为优良种源。
Abstract:
 In order to provide theoretical and scientific bases for the early selection and oriented breeding of excellent provenances of Pinus yunnanensis,the phenotypic traits and biomass of P.yunnanensis from different geographical provenances were compared.A half year old P.yunnanensis seedlings with the number of 252 from 9 geographical provenances were collected and cultivated to examine their growth rhythms,to compare the differences in the phenotypic traits and coefficient of variations,as well as the relationships between the variations and the provenance geographic and climate factors.Differences in biomass of different organs among different provenances were also investigated.1) The seedling height and ground diameter showed the growth rhythm of “slow-fast-slow”,which was consistent with the “S” type growth curve.2) The phenotypic traits (except leaf area,root length and root surface area) were not significantly different among the provenances,and the values of all the traits of seedlings from Xinping provenance were the largest.3) From the perspective of variation,the root system had the lowest stability,the ground diameter had the highest stability,the phenotypic characters of Yunlong provenance were relatively abundant,and the phenotypic diversity of Yongren provenance was the lowest.4) The biomass of each organ and total biomass were significantly(P<0.05) different among different provenances,and the Xinping provenance had the largest biomass.The biomass was the key factor that determined the differences among the geographic provenances,and the Xinping was preliminarily selected as the excellent provenance.
