 以退耕还林工程的重要实施地延安市为对象,以土地利用变化数据为基础,采用区域差异性和生产总值指数为参照校正的生态服务价值计算方法,对延安市1989-2016年的生态服务价值进行估算,并使用灰色关联度法分析生态服务价值与土地利用类型之间的关系。结果表明,退耕前的1989-1999年,延安市生态服务总价值变化缓慢,仅增加8.76×109元,各土地利用类型生态服务价值变化均不显著;退耕后的1999-2016年,生态服务总价值变化显著,增加了56.79×109元,其中林地生态服务价值增长最多,增加了75.19×109元,耕地生态服务价值降低最多,减少了15.77×109元;生态服务功能中粮食生产功能下降,但保持土壤、气体调节、生物多样性等功能迅速增加。生态服务价值的变化和林地、牧草地、耕地、园地、未利用地面积的改变显著相关;土地利用类型中对生态服务价值影响最大的为林地,影响最小的为耕地,退耕还林工程的实施,优化了土地利用结构,促进了耕地向林地的流转,使区域生态服务价值迅速增加。生态-经济价值关系研究表明,退耕还林工程与区域经济发展相协调,但人口增长带来的环境压力依然存在,需要继续推进生态环境建设。
Abstract:
 Returning farmland to forestland is an important ecological protection project in China.Based on the dynamic data of land utilization in Yan’an City from 1989 to 2016,this paper employed the ecological service value calculation method which regarded regional differentiation as reference calibration to estimate ecological service value of Yan’an.The results turned out as follows.When the implementation of returning farmland to forestland was regarded as the node from 1989 to 1999,the change of total value of ecological service in Yan’an was slow with an increase of 8.76 million RMB; the changes of ecological service values of various kind of land utilization were not significant.From 1999 to 2016,the total value of ecological service varied significantly with an increase of 56.79 billion RMB,of which the value of forestry ecological services increased the most,with an increase of 75.19 billion RMB,and the value of cultivated land ecological services decreased the most,with a decrease of 15.77 billion RMB.Cereal production in ecology service function reduced,but soil conservation,gas regulation and biodiversity increased sharply.The analysis of the relationship between ecosystem service value and land use showed that the change of ecosystem service value was significantly related to the changes of the areas of forest land,pasture land,cultivated land,garden land and unused land.Forestland had the greatest impact on ecological service value,and the least affected land was farmland.The projecyt optimized land utilization structure and improved the ecological conditions of the research area significantly,making regional ecological service value increase sharply.The study of ecological-economic value relationship showed that the project was coordinated with regional economic development,but the environmental pressure caused by population growth still existed.The project needs to continue to be advanced,ecological environment construction also needs to be strengthen.
